All orders are verified by staff prior to shipping. Most orders that are rated as high risk by the merchant system will be cancelled and refunded. If your order is cancelled for this reason and you would like to replace the order please contact us for further possible options. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original form, unworn and unwashed to receive a refund for product cost only. We do not refund the shipping you paid for your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
