How can I check the status of my order?

We will notify you of your order status via email or via SMS notifications if you opt-in or you can contact us directly at (801) 748-0118 or customerservice@luxecouturefashion.com. There may be potential delivery delays as a result of Covid-19 and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We are always happy to help make your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible!

My discount code is not working. What do I do?

Some discount codes require you to create an account and log in before proceeding to checkout. Otherwise, please get in touch with us. 

Where are you based?

Our warehouse is located in Sandy Utah, just 17 miles south of Salt Lake City. We do not have a storefront but every quarter we have a warehouse sale which you can find out about by signing up for emails or following us on social media. 

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

We ship worldwide and accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover in addition to payments via PayPal. We also offer Afterpay which is available to customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typical shipping rates throughout the United States are as follows:

How much is shipping?

Shipping offers change from time to time based on promotions and sales being run through the store and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and area. However, shipping is free on all orders over $200 in the U.S.!

Can I exchange my order?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@luxecouturefashion.com and send your item to 477 W Universal Circle Sandy Utah US 84070. We cannot hold items for you to exchange.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original form, unworn and unwashed to receive a refund for product cost only. We do not refund the shipping you paid for your order.
