Shipping offers change from time to time based on promotions and sales being run through store. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and area.

Order Policies
All orders are verified by staff prior to shipping. Most orders that are rated as high risk by the merchant system will be cancelled and refunded. If your order is cancelled for this reason and you would like to replace the order please contact us for further possible options. Order requirements include that order is shipped to approved regions, that billing information is in an approved region and that billing information matches credit card details by bank and merchant systems. Returns:
Thank you for shopping Luxe House of Couture! It's very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a refund for the cost of the product. You'll receive store credit for returns between 15-30 days. Items must be in their original form, unworn and unwashed to receive a refund for product cost only.Sale items are non returnable. We do not refund the shipping you paid for your order. Please read the information below for important things to know about returns!

Additional non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gifts Cards, Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets)
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the amount of the item purchased, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@luxecouturefashion.com and send your item to: 9523 S 560 W Sandy Utah US 84070. We cannot hold items for you to exchange.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

Please include your name and order number with your return to make your return processes quicker. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
